Our management fees are a maximum of 8.38% including taxes (decrease according to the number of lots).

We can offer you, on the record in tenant insurance unpaid rent and damage without the real estate rental vacancy rate of 2.50% TTC quittancement, included in the rental vacancy rate of 4.00% TTC quittancement (rent plus additional charges).
